You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using Naffo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Naffo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Consent for Business Data Usage

By registering, accessing, or using the platform, the user expressly consents to the collection, storage, analysis, processing, and sharing of business-related information with authorized distributors, suppliers, and business partners as required for platform operations, order fulfillment, commercial coordination, inventory planning, analytics, and related business activities.

Users understand and acknowledge that such data sharing may assist in improving supply efficiency, business recommendations, operational performance, and marketplace services.

Continued use of the platform shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and the platform's Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of the business data you upload, and you grant Naffo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and share such data as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naffo, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Naffo in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, but provisions relating to data, intellectual property, and liability shall survive.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
